shifting transformer.
Simultaneous: Huntington‐Pinto, Pinto‐Four Corners, Sigurd‐Three Peaks or
Three Peaks‐Red Butte 345 kV line outages.
Ratings were verified in Gateway South TOT 2B/2C Path Rating Study
Report approved by WECC on June 21, 2011.
Parallel 345 kV lines are at moderate levels. This line is limited to 250 MW
(north to south) when TOT 2B1 and TOT 2C flows are heavy.

Gateway South TOT 2B/2C Path Rating Study demonstrated interaction with
TOT 2B1, TOT 2C and IPPDC line under moderate to heavy IPPDC import
conditions. Previous COI studies have identified interaction with TOT 2.
