Pinto‐Four Corners 345 kV Line. This line combined with the Sigurd‐Glen<br />

Canyon 230 kV line make up the TOT 2B <strong>Path</strong>. Metering point is at Four<br />

Corners.<br />

Non‐simultaneous: Steady state thermal limit of the Pinto 345 kV phase<br />

shifting transformers.<br />

Simultaneous: Sigurd‐Three Peaks 345 kV or Three Peaks‐Red Butte 345 kV<br />

Bidirectional rating was established in Gateway South TOT 2B/2C <strong>Path</strong><br />

<strong>Rating</strong> Study Report approved by WECC on June 21, 2011.<br />

<strong>Rating</strong>s determined for peak summer and off peak conditions with maximum<br />

simultaneous TOT 2B/2C flows and near maximum overall TOT 2 flow<br />

conditions.<br />

Gateway South TOT 2B/2C <strong>Path</strong> <strong>Rating</strong> Study demonstrated interaction with<br />

TOT 2B2, TOT 2C, and IPPDC line under moderate to heavy IPPDC import<br />

conditions. Previous COI studies have identified interaction with TOT 2.<br />
