Pinto‐Four Corners 345 kV Line. This line combined with the Sigurd‐Glen
Canyon 230 kV line make up the TOT 2B Path. Metering point is at Four
Corners.

shifting transformers.
Simultaneous: Sigurd‐Three Peaks 345 kV or Three Peaks‐Red Butte 345 kV

limiting element: Pinto 345 kV phase shifting transformers.
Bidirectional rating was established in Gateway South TOT 2B/2C Path
Rating Study Report approved by WECC on June 21, 2011.
Ratings determined for peak summer and off peak conditions with maximum
simultaneous TOT 2B/2C flows and near maximum overall TOT 2 flow
conditions.

Gateway South TOT 2B/2C Path Rating Study demonstrated interaction with
TOT 2B2, TOT 2C, and IPPDC line under moderate to heavy IPPDC import
conditions. Previous COI studies have identified interaction with TOT 2.
