constraints between this path and other paths including: the California Oregon
Intertie (Path 66), North of John Day(Path 73), Montana-Northwest (Path 8),
Idaho-Northwest (Path 14), and Reno-Alturas (Path 76).
South to North:
There is close dependence with the transfer on the Pacific AC Intertie
(between Los Banos and Midway) and the Idaho transfer to the Northwest
(West-of-Borah).
