Definition: Flows on the Eldorado-Mead 230 kV transmission lines 1 and 2.<br />

The 1140 MW rating is limited by the likely contingency (emergency)<br />

thermal rating of the conductor. The critical disturbance, for which the<br />

230 kV lines.<br />
