The non-simultaneous transfer capability was established in 2005 by Joint WECC Peer Review Group (PRG) and Western Arizona Transmission System (WATS) task force. The PRG and WATS task force were comprised of members from the following companies: Arizona Public Service Company El Paso Electric Company DOE-Western Area Power Administration Imperial Irrigation District Los Angeles Department of Water and Power Nevada Power Company (d/b/a NV Energy) Public Service Company of New Mexico Salt River Project San Diego Gas and Electric Company Southern California Edison Company Southern California Public Power Authority Tucson Electric Power Company For more details regarding the results of the analysis by the listed PRG and WATS members, please refer to the following report EOR 9000+ Upgrade Project (EOR 9000+) Accepted Path 49 Rating Study Report dated August 10, 2005.
