Based upon the famous illustrations
of Sir John Tenniel, The Mad Hatter
wears a linen shirt with French cuffs and
mother-of-pearl buttons, polka dot silk tie,
meticulously-pieced checkered felt waistcoat
and trousers, fully-lined felt jacket covered
with buttons, and hand-cobbled leather
shoes. In one hand the Mad Hatter holds
a custom-made teacup and in the other, a
slice of felt bread and butter. 16" (without
