Get your FREE-for-Life Mobile Money Credit Card today by performing
following steps:
1. Send SMS to 016-3302192
2. Fill-in Application Form completely and attach photocopies of your I/C & Credit
Card, both front & back pages. (Cross documents with ‘Money Mobile” and maskout
3-digit CRV/CVC code).
3. Submit completed form & documents to Herbalife Service Counter or mail-back to
Herbalife Office.
4. You may also submit documents directly to any Hong Leong Bank Branches; but
you must perform Step 1 for a one-time registration with Herbalife to use Mobile
