This course in Yogalates is based on the Pilates<br />
concepts developed by Joseph Pilates and Yoga. The<br />
course will include Pilates core matwork and Yoga and<br />
will emphasize improved body alignment, strength,<br />
flexibility, control, concentration, circulation,<br />
coordination, breathing and help reduce stress.<br />

This course is designed to introduce students to the<br />
methods used for dance rehearsal and performance.<br />
Students will learn the etiquette of dance rehearsal and<br />
performance, develop skills needed for quick pick up in<br />
dance choreography, and performance skills needed for<br />
dance production purposes. Repetition of this course<br />
provides an increase of developed skills.<br />

and performance. Students will learn the etiquette of<br />
dance rehearsal and performance, develop skills<br />
needed for quick pick up in dance choreography and<br />
performance skills needed for dance production<br />
