Palm Beach<br />

- 2 1/2 shots of gin<br />

- 1/2 shot of sweet vermouth<br />

- 1 shot of pink grapefruit juice<br />

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in <strong>to</strong> a chilled gl<strong>as</strong>s.<br />

Pimms<br />

- 2 shots of pims No.1 cup<br />

- 1/2 shot of gin<br />

- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice<br />

- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup<br />

- Top up with champagne<br />

Shake first f<strong>our</strong> ingredients with ice and strain in<strong>to</strong> a chilled gl<strong>as</strong>s. Top with champagne<br />

Queen Martini<br />

- 1 1/2 shots of gin<br />

- 1/2 shot of dry vermouth<br />

- 1/2 shot of sweet vermouth<br />

- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed orange juice<br />

- 1/2 shot of pineapple juice<br />

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in<strong>to</strong> chilled gl<strong>as</strong>s.<br />

Red Lion<br />

- 1 1/4 shots of gin<br />

- 1 1/4 shots of grand marnier liqueur<br />

- 1 shot of freshly squeezed orange juice<br />

- 1 shots of freshly squeezed lemon juice<br />

- 1/8 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup<br />

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in<strong>to</strong> a chilled gl<strong>as</strong>s.<br />

Rickey<br />

- 2 shots of gin<br />

- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice<br />

- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup<br />

- Top up with soda water<br />

Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain in<strong>to</strong> an ice filled gl<strong>as</strong>s. Top up with soda water.<br />

Shady Grove Cooler<br />

- 2 shots of gin<br />

- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice<br />

- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup<br />

- Top up with ginger ale<br />

Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain in<strong>to</strong> an ice filled gl<strong>as</strong>s. Top up with ginger ale/stir.<br />

Swizzle<br />

- 2 shots of liquor (rum, brandy, gin, whiskey or vodka)<br />

- 1/2 shot of fresh lemon or lime juice<br />

- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup<br />

P<strong>our</strong> ingredients in<strong>to</strong> an ice filled gl<strong>as</strong>s (crushed ice). Swizzle with a swizzle stick and serve.
