Palm Beach
- 2 1/2 shots of gin
- 1/2 shot of sweet vermouth
- 1 shot of pink grapefruit juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.
Pimms
- 2 shots of pims No.1 cup
- 1/2 shot of gin
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with champagne
Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Top with champagne
Queen Martini
- 1 1/2 shots of gin
- 1/2 shot of dry vermouth
- 1/2 shot of sweet vermouth
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 shot of pineapple juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Red Lion
- 1 1/4 shots of gin
- 1 1/4 shots of grand marnier liqueur
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 shots of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/8 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Rickey
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with soda water.
Shady Grove Cooler
- 2 shots of gin
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with ginger ale
Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with ginger ale/stir.
Swizzle
- 2 shots of liquor (rum, brandy, gin, whiskey or vodka)
- 1/2 shot of fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
Pour ingredients into an ice filled glass (crushed ice). Swizzle with a swizzle stick and serve.
