Dry Martini
- 3/4 shot of dry vermouth
- 2 1/2 shots of gin
- 2 dashes of fee brothers orange bitters (optional)
Stir vermouth with ice and strain to discard excess, leaving the glass and ice coated with vermouth.
Pour gin over vermouth coated ice, stir and strain in to a chilled glass.
Fog Horn
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/2 shot of lime cordial
- Top up with ginger ale
Pour all ingredients in to an ice filled glass and stir.
Full Circle
- 2 shots of gin
- 3 shots of pomegranate juice
- 3/4 shot of pineapple juice
Cut pomegranate in half and extract juice with juicer. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain in to
an ice filled glass.
Gin Fizz
- 2 shots of gin
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain in to a chilled glass. Top up with soda.
Ginger and Tonic
- 2 slices of fresh root ginger (thumbnail size)
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with tonic water
Muddle the ginger in the base of the shaker, and gin and sugar, shake with ice and strain into
an ice filled glass. Top with tonic water.
Huapala Cocktail
- 1 shot of light white rum
- 1 shot of gin
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup
- 1/2 shot of chilled mineral water
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.
Nickys Fizz
- 2 shots of gin
- 2 shots of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- Top up with soda water
Shake first two ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with soda and stir.
