Madras
- 2 shots of vodka
- 3 shots of cranberry juice
- 2 shots of freshly squeezed orange juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.
Metropolitan
- 2 shots of raspberry flavoured vodka
- 1/2 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 1 shot of cranberry juice
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of lime cordial
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Milano
- 1 shot of vodka
- 1 shot of campari
- 1 shot of sweet vermouth
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain in to an ice filled glass.
Ouzi
- 3/4 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of ouzo
- 1/4 of sugar syrup -
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Shake all the ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.
Peppered Mary
- 2 shots of pepper vodka
- 2 shots of tomato juice
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 7 drops of tabasco sauce
- 1 spoon of lea perrins worcestershire sauce
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Pina Martini
- 2 shots of vodka
- 1 3/4 shots of pineapple juice
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/8 shot of sugar syrup -
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
Pomegranate Martini
- 2 shots of vodka
- 1 1/2 shots of freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
- 1/2 shot of grenadine syrup
Cut pomegranate in half and juice using a juicer. Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain
into a chilled glass
