Juxtaposition
- 2 spoons of runny honey
- 2 shots of cranberry flavoured vodka
- 1 shot of pineapple juice
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 dashes of angostura aromatic bitters
Stir the honey with the vodka in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add the other
ingredients, shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Kurrent Affair
- 1 1/2 shots of citroen vodka
- 3/4 shot of berry flavoured vodka
- 3 shots of apple juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.
Leninade
- 1 1/2 shots of citroen vodka
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- 1/4 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 3 dashes of fee brothers orange bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Lime Breeze
- 2 shots of lime flavoured vodka
- 3 shots of cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 shots of freshly squeezed golden grapefruit juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.
Limey Mule
- 2 shots of lime flavoured vodka
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup -
- Top up with ginger ale
Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with ginger
ale and lightly stir.
Long Island Ice Tea
- 1/2 shot of light white rum
- 1/2 shot of gin
- 1/2 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of tequila
- 1/2 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup -
- Top up with cola
Shake first seven ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with cola and stir.
