Fizz
- 2 shots of spirit(gin, whiskey, vodka, brandy)
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed shot of lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Shake all ingredients (except soda) with ice and strain in to a chilled glass. Top with soda water.
Hair of the Dog
- 3 spoons of runny honey
- 2 shots of scotch whiskey
- 1 shot of double cream
- 1 shot of milk
Stir honey and scotch in the base of the shaker until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients,
shake with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.
Irish Coffee Martini
- 1 1/2 shots of irish whiskey
- 2 shots of cold espresso coffee
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- 1 shot of double cream
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Jodi May
- 1 1/2 shots of jack daniels whiskey
- 1/2 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 2 1/2 shots of frshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 1/2 shots of cranberry juice
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain in to a chilled glass
Klondike
- 2 shots of bourbon whiskey
- 2 shots of freshly squeezed orange juice
- Top up with ginger ale
Pour all ingredients into an ice filled glass and stir.
Lynchburg Lemonade
- 1 1/2 shots of jack daniels
- 1 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Top up with lemonade
Shake all first three ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with lemonade.
