White Lion<br />
- 2 shots of light white rum<br />
- 1/4 shot of cointreau triple sec<br />
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice<br />
- 1/4 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup<br />
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in<strong>to</strong> a chilled gl<strong>as</strong>s<br />
Zombie<br />
- 3/4 shot of light white rum<br />
- 3/4 shot of pussers navy rum<br />
- 3/4 shot of golden rum<br />
- 1/2 shot of giffard apricot brandy du roussillon<br />
- 1/2 shot of grand marnier liqueur<br />
- 2 1/2 shots of freshly squeezed orange juice<br />
- 2 1/2 shots of freshly squeezed lime juice<br />
- 1/2 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup<br />
- 1/2 shot of wray and nephew overproof rum<br />
Shake first nine ingredients with ice and strain in<strong>to</strong> a gl<strong>as</strong>s filled with crushed ice. Float the rum.<br />
Whisky B<strong>as</strong>ed Cocktails:<br />
Americana<br />
- 1 cube of sugar<br />
- 4 d<strong>as</strong>hes of angostura aromatic bitters<br />
- 1/2 shot of b<strong>our</strong>bon whisky<br />
- Top up with Brut champagne<br />
Coat the sugar cube with bitters and drop in <strong>to</strong> the gl<strong>as</strong>s. P<strong>our</strong> the Brut champagne and b<strong>our</strong>bon<br />
whisky in <strong>to</strong> the chilled gl<strong>as</strong>s.<br />
Bee Sting<br />
- 1 spoon of runny honey<br />
- 1 shot of jack daniels<br />
- 1 shot of tequila<br />
- 2 shots of apple juice<br />
- Top up with ginger ale<br />
Stir the honey with the whiskey in the b<strong>as</strong>e of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add the apple<br />
juice and tequila and shake with ice. Strain in <strong>to</strong> an ice filled gl<strong>as</strong>s and <strong>to</strong>p up with ginger ale.<br />
Daisy Duke<br />
- 2 shots of buffalo trace b<strong>our</strong>bon whiskey<br />
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice<br />
- 1/2 shot of grenadine syrup<br />
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in <strong>to</strong> a gl<strong>as</strong>s filled with crushed ice.
