Tennessee Iced Tea
- 1 shot of jack daniels
- 1/2 shot of light white rum
- 1/2 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with cola
Shake the first six ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with cola and stir.
Texas Iced Tea
- 1 shot of tequila
- 1/2 shot of light white rum
- 1/2 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with cola
Shake the first six ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with cola and stir
Three Miler
- 1 1/2 shots of remy martin cognac
- 1 1/2 shots of light white rum
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
Voodoo
- 2 shots of aged rum
- 3/4 shots of sweet vermouth
- 2 1/2 shots of apple juice
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.
Warsaw Cooler
- 2 spoons of runny honey
- 1 1/2 shots of zubrowka bison vodka
- 1/2 shot of spiced rum
- 1/4 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 shots of apple juice
Stir the honey with the vodka in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add other
ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into an ice filled glass.
