Orange Daiquiri
- 2 shots of aged rum
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to an ice filled glass.
Pedro Collins
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 shot of golden rum
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Shake first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled glass. Top with soda and lightly stir.
Pina Colada
- 2 shots of golden rum
- 3 shots of pineapple juice
- 2 shots of coco lopez cream of coconut
- 1/2 shot of double cream
Blend all ingredients with one 12oz scoop of crushed ice and serve.
Pineapple Fizz
- 2 shots of golden rum
- 1 1/2 shots of pineapple juice
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled glass. Top up with soda and lightly stir.
Shark Biter
- 2 shots of pussers navy rum
- 3 shots of freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup
Blend first three ingredients with 18oz of crushed ice and pour into glass. Pour grenadine around edge
of the drink. Do not stir.
Solent Sunset
- 2 shots of pussers navy rum
- 3/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 shots of pineapple juice
- 1/4 shot of pomegranate (grenadine) syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into an ice filled glass.
