Long Island Ice Tea
- 1/2 shot of light white rum
- 1/2 shot of gin
- 1/2 shot of vodka
- 1/2 shot of tequila
- 1/2 shot of cointreau triple sec
- 1 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with cola
Shake first seven ingredients with ice and strain into an ice filled glass. Top up with cola and stir.
Mai Tai
- 1 fresh lime
- 2 shots of rum
- 1/2 shot of dutch orange curacao liqueur
- 1/4 shot of almond sugar syrup
Squeeze half the lime over the ice in the glass. Add remaining ingredients to glass and enough ice
to fill glass. Squeeze the other half of the lime over the drink.
Mojito
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 3/4 shots of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup
- Top up with soda water
Muddle the mint in the base of the glass (just to bruise). Add gin, lime juice and sugar. Half fill
glass with crushed ice and stir. Fill glass with more crushed ice. Top with soda water.
Monkey Wrench
- 2 shots of golden rum
- Top up with pink grapefruit juice
Pour rum into ice filled glass. Top with grapefruit juice, stir and serve.
Nantucket
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 3 shots of cranberry juice
- 2 shots of golden grapefruit juice
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to an ice filled glass.
Natural Daiquiri
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of sugar syrup
- 1/2 shot of chilled mineral water
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.
