Valentino
- 2 shots of gin
- 1/2 shot of campari
- 1 shot of sweet vermouth
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.
Rum Based Cocktails:
Brass Monkey
- 1 shot of light white rum
- 1 shot of citroen vodka
- 2 1/2 shots of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 shot of sugar syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to an ice filled glass.
Canchanchara
- 3 spoons of runny honey
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 1 1/2 shots of freshly squeezed lemon juice
Stir the honey with the rum in to a chilled glass. Add lemon juice and ice. Stir and serve.
Daiquiri
- 2 shots of light or aged rum
- 1/4 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/8 shot of sugar syrup
- 1/2 shot of chilled mineral water
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.
El Presidente
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 3/4 shot of pineapple juice
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 shot of grenadine syrup
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain in to a chilled glass.
Honey Bee
- 2 shots of light white rum
- 2 spoons of runny honey
- 1/2 shot of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 shot of chilled mineral water
Stir honey with vodka in the base of the shaker until the honey dissolves. Add other ingredients and
shake with ice. Fine strain in to an ice filled glass.
