- 1/2 shot of light white rum<br />
- 1/2 shot of gin<br />
- 1/2 shot of vodka<br />
- 1/2 shot of tequila<br />

- 1/2 shot of sugar syrup<br />
- Top up with cola<br />
Shake first seven ingredients with ice and strain in<strong>to</strong> an ice filled gl<strong>as</strong>s. Top up with cola and stir.<br />
Mai Tai<br />
- 1 fresh lime<br />
- 2 shots of rum<br />
- 1/2 shot of dutch orange curacao liqueur<br />
- 1/4 shot of almond sugar syrup<br />
Squeeze half the lime over the ice in the gl<strong>as</strong>s. Add remaining ingredients <strong>to</strong> gl<strong>as</strong>s and enough ice<br />
<strong>to</strong> fill gl<strong>as</strong>s. Squeeze the other half of the lime over the drink.<br />
Moji<strong>to</strong><br />
- 12 fresh mint leaves<br />
- 2 shots of light white rum<br />
- 3/4 shots of freshly squeezed lime juice<br />

- Top up with soda water<br />
