The crisis has reshuffled strategic priorities <strong>and</strong> promoted the awareness of commonalities<br />
between the EU <strong>and</strong> Russia. The 2 nd expert meeting in the framework of the <strong>Vienna</strong> <strong>Process</strong> will<br />
discuss new approaches <strong>and</strong> concrete projects in the field of banking <strong>and</strong> finance, industrial<br />
cooperation <strong>and</strong> a new <strong>for</strong>mat of Russian-European interaction in the CIS markets.
