In the Filter Properties dialog, type a Filter Name and the path for the Executable
in the corresponding entry boxes.
By convention, the name of the filter should reflect its task, for example:
iisredir2
Also, the executable should point to the iisredir2.dll in the \bin.
For example:
C:\borland\BDP\bin\iisredir2.dll
Click OK.
Your new ISAPI filter appears on the list. You do not need to change the filter
Priority.
Click OK.
3 Add a “borland” virtual directory to your IIS web site.

In the Computer Management dialog, right-click Default Web Site and choose
New | Virtual Directory.
The Virtual Directory Creation Wizard appears.
Click Next.
For the Alias, enter “borland”.
The borland virtual directory is required to allow the IIS/IIOP redirector extension
to be located by the IIS web server when it responds to a URI of: http://
localhost/borland/iisredir2.dll.
For the Directory, browse to \bin.
Click Next to proceed.
For Access Permissions, select “Execute” in addition to “Read” and “Run scripts”
which are selected by default.
Click Next.
Click Finish.
4 Windows 2003 only: Configure ISAPI extension permissions for Windows 2003.
The IIS version limits which application extensions may be loaded into IIS. You have
the choice of enabling all extensions or selectively picking which ISAPI extensions
that may be run in your IIS installation. The following procedure enables just the
iisredir2 extension.

In the Computer Management dialog, open “Services and Applications”.
Open “Internet Information Service”.
Open “Web Service Extensions” and click Add a new Service Extension.
Name the extension “iisredir2.dll”.
Browse (using the add button) to \bin\iisredir2.dll
Select this file.
Check the Extension allowed checkbox.
Click OK.
5 Restart IIS by stopping then starting the IIS Service:

In the Computer Management dialog, right-click the Internet Information Services
node and choose Restart IIS.
In the Stop/Start/Reboot dialog, from the drop-down choose “Stop Internet
Services on ”
