Instrumented Electric Nutrunners 17B Pistol Grip Smart Tool The intelligent transducer controlled cordless EC tool with infrared data transmission. Long-life brushless motor for extended service life The new Cleco 17B is the first battery tool in the world with transducer measurement of torque and angle. The 17B is linked to the Cleco Tightening Manager TMEB- 110 controller using infrared technology. This gives you the accuracy of a Cleco DC electric tool, combined with TME functionality, without the cable for ease of use. The 17B can store up to 500 readings. In the case of NOK, the tool stops and must be returned to the holder for NOK release and data transmission to the controller. Via the TMEB-110 controller and Ethernet the status and results are provided to the line PLC or to the host for NOK strategy. This results in high process safety. Parameter sets or strategy changes are easily accomplished by returning the tool to the holder.
