Fluorspar
2013
28-30 October 2013
Radisson Blu Portman Hotel, London
In 2013 Fluorspar comes to London. As
the only conference dedicated to all
aspects of the fluorine supply chain this
is the must attend event for anyone
involved in the fluorspar industry.
Much has happened in the past year and
there are many issues to be discussed.
China continues to dominate and its
trade agenda remains unclear. With
further market consolidation, increasing
regulatory pressure and a growing
fluorochemical industry it is suggested
that China will become a net importer of
fluorspar in the future. Is this assertion
true? What does this mean for the rest of
the industry and how can producers
outside of China take advantage?
Elsewhere in Asia, Mongolia’s presence is
becoming increasingly important. What
is the status of new projects here and
what contribution do they make to the
global market?
Further downstream there are
developments in the fluorochemical
sector. How are HFOs being
implemented and how does this impact
demand for raw materials? In addition
how are the aluminium and steel
markets affecting the demand for AlF₃
and metspar?
Across two days an expert panel of
speakers will provide you with in depth
analysis of the most important issues the
industry faces. With senior level
executives from all major companies
represented the conference provides
unrivalled networking opportunities. It is
now more important than ever to
cement your understanding of the
fluorspar market and find out what the
coming years have in store. Can you
afford to miss out?
Key topics to
be discussed:
lMarket fundamentals
lHF and AlF 3 markets
lThe latest developments in
fluorochemicals
lClarification on the future of
the Chinese fluorspar industry
lTrends in metspar from
producers and end users
lThe outlook for fluorspar prices
An essential
global forum for:
l Fluorspar producers
l HF, AlF 3 and
fluorochemical producers
l Steel mills
l Aluminium producers
l Industry consultants
l Logistics and
service providers
