POSITION SUMMARY<br />
<strong>Sales</strong> manager responsible for all sales activity in Central and South <strong>America</strong>n regions. Responsibility for<br />
developing and managing local representatives in key markets, as well as cultivating opportunities and<br />
developing projects directly with international government and commercial clients.<br />

Essential Functions Statement(s)<br />
● Travel within <strong>Latin</strong> <strong>America</strong> to facilitate meetings with representatives, customers and potential<br />
clients.<br />

Coordinate all sales activity through local reps/distributors, providing training, oversight and direct<br />
supervision of local sales activities.<br />
Oversee and provide direct reports on sales development, project cultivation, and distributor<br />
activities in region.<br />
Personally develop relationships and leads with potential international clients within government,<br />
military and law-enforcement agencies.<br />
Make presentations on key products and systems to potential government clients; represent company at<br />
corporate events and trade shows.<br />

Education : Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university)<br />
