FOUNDATION – A PARTNERSHIP FOR SUCCESS
September 2008 – Eighteen civil society organizations presented their programs and projects to numerous visitors
at the exposition of non-profit ideas Partnership for Success, held at the Telenor Expo Center, hosted by the
Telenor Foundation and SMart Kolektiv, and supported by the Deputy Prime Minister’s Poverty Reduction Strategy
Implementation Focal Point, AmCham Serbia and the Coca Cola Hellenic company.
The purpose of this exhibition was to raise awareness of inter-sector cooperation and corporate social responsibility
in order to create conditions and open possibilities for new partnerships and cooperation between the civil and
business sectors.
Representatives of the business sector had the unique opportunity to find corresponding partners in the civil sector
for implementing the corporate social responsibility programs of their companies.
After the opening, the visitors had the opportunity to vote for the best organization. The Food Bank organization,
whose main activity is collecting food and distributing it to vulnerable population groups, won the most votes.
Telenor Foundation prepared valuable gifts for the winning organization.
