This class prepares students in basic concepts of<br />
managerial finance, including goals, financial analysis,<br />
cash flows, time value, risk/return, stocks/bonds, and<br />

Theory and application of investment, financing and<br />
dividend decisions to maximize stockholder wealth. Use of<br />
analytical cases to solve financial problems facing<br />
