This class prepares students in basic concepts of<br />

managerial finance, including goals, financial analysis,<br />

cash flows, time value, risk/return, stocks/bonds, and<br />

investment decisions. Prerequisite: admission to MBA. (*)<br />

FIN 530 Financial Management 3(3-0)<br />

Theory and application of investment, financing and<br />

dividend decisions to maximize stockholder wealth. Use of<br />

analytical cases to solve financial problems facing<br />

business firms. Prerequisite: admission to MBA or<br />

FIN 575 International Financial Management 3(3-0)<br />

Financial theory and practice as applied to the financial<br />
