VACUUM VALVES
30 SERIES
· Two-position valve
· Air pilot with spring return
· Can be set up for NO or NC
SELF-CLOSING VALVES
· Used in applications where the part being
handled has a varying size.
· Cups not in contact with the load will isolate
themselves automatically from the circuit to
maintain full vacuum on the remaining cups.
· Adjustable depending on the size of vacuum
cup connected to or the porosity of the product
being handled, e.g. cardboard packaging.

· FO series used in applications where very
fine particulate matter is present, e.g. wood
or marble machining, printing.
· Unlike FC filter than can become clogged
with particulate, FO filter traps the fine particulate
matter in a small bath of oil and
flow capacity does not decrease.
· Most oils can be very effective but ISO32
grade is recommended.

VACUUM FILTERS - L Port VACUUM FILTERS - Inline
· Used directly on the inlet to vacuum pumps
or generators.
· Filtration level of 7 microns offers excellent
particulate removal for standard applications.
For smaller particulates please refer
to the FO series shown above.
· Steel plate construction with butt welded
port connections
· Normally used before the FC L-Port filter,
this 100 micron (0.1mm) pre-filter is ideal
for dirty applications such as wood, stone
and paper.
· Filter head made from die cast aluminum.
· Models FB5 through to FB20 have a transparent
bowl.
