Charotis LLC is very pleased to introduce SS1 - all included stainless<br />
steel BBQ spit rotisserie that will roast anything you wish up to<br />
120 lbs. With your help( customer suggestions) and our experience<br />
we created the best and most affordable stainless steel spit<br />
roaster in the country - all accessories i ncluded.<br />
Over time, our customers were asking for a long lasting unit that<br />
will be very easy to move assemble and disassemble.easy to<br />
store and clean, to be used for any different applications and to<br />
be efficient ( to save charcoal). So here we are. After more than<br />
a year of testing and adding accessories to make it versatile and<br />
efficient we are very proud to offer the SS1 a stainless steel BBQ Spit rotisserie.<br />
It only takes a few minutes to assemble it with only 6 screws (3 on each side-picture #1) - no<br />
tools needed.<br />
To move it easily, we added four removable rubber locking swivel casters ( picture #2).<br />
Removable charcoal pan (picture #3) is made of 18 gauge black painted steel.<br />
To save amount of charcoal used for roasting we added a <strong>Stainless</strong> <strong>Steel</strong> Wind Shield . It will<br />
save up to 30% of charcoal. On a windy day even up to 50%. You save up to $15 every time you<br />
fire you your rotisserie.<br />
Model SSC1<br />
Model SSC1 is the most affordable STAINLESS STEEL ROASTER on the market. All our spit<br />
rotisseries come with a one year warranty on all parts and three years on motor and spit forks<br />
warranty.

steel BBQ Pig, Lamb, Goat, Chicken Charcoal <strong>Roaster</strong> that<br />
will roast anything you wish up to 80 lbs of weight.<br />
It takes only a few minutes to assemble it with only 6 screws<br />
- 3 on each side. No tools needed- (picture #1).<br />
To move it easily, we added four removable rubber locking<br />

Removable charcoal pan (picture #3) is made of black painted steel. Spit rod is made of heavy<br />
duty 1" stainless steel square profile. <strong>Stainless</strong> <strong>Steel</strong> Spine Forks and Spit forks (Pictures 4 and 5)<br />
will hold meat on the spit so it doesn't move at all and your machine will run very smooth<br />
without vibrations.<br />
If you wish to roast more than 80 lbs of meat or would like to have even more fun roasting the<br />
old fashioned way, you can use the Hand Crank .<br />
Model GSW1<br />
GSW1 is our GS1 model with Windshield.<br />
To save the amount of charcoal used for roasting we added a Wind Shield. It will save up to 30%<br />
of charcoal- on a windy day even up to 50%.<br />
You save up to $15 every time you fire up your rotisserie.<br />
This amazing machine has been enginnered and tested to spit roast<br />
well balanced pig, lamb, goat, or other animals up to 80 lbs.<br />
The Rotisserie is 22" wide, 52" long and cooking begins 24" above<br />
the ground<br />
It is an outdoor barbecue unit made of heavy gauge (18 gauge)<br />
galvanized steel.<br />
The heavy duty electric motor is able to turn a 1" stainless steel rod that will hold a whole lamb,<br />
goat or pig.<br />

Rotisserie Grilling<br />
Rotisserie grilling is a style of roasting where meat is skewered on a spit - the long rod used to<br />
hold food while it’s being grilled - usually used when cooking large parts of an animal, like a<br />
pork shoulder, or the entire animal.<br />
Rotisseries for grilling, or roasters, can be made out of a variety of materials, but at Charotis we<br />
sell only the highest quality stainless steel roasters and and galvanized steel rotisseries online in<br />

Accessories & Tips for the Perfect Rotisserie<br />
It can be harder to tell the doneness of meat when cooking with rotisseries, so consider testing<br />
the internal temperature of your meat about 20 minutes before the estimated cooking time is<br />
up, so you can get a better idea of how much longer your turkey, chicken, pig or lamb needs to<br />
roast. Remember that your meat will continue to cook for a little while longer after being taken<br />
off a spit roaster, and all roasts should rest 5 to 10 minutes after cooking to allow the juices to<br />
settle and to make carving easier.<br />
