Hydrophobising & Sandblasting
In machined elements, hydrophobising is applied manually.
The appearance of the manually applied coating may vary from
standard panels. Sandblasted surfaces (only FE possible) may in
formed elements likewise vary from the straight standard panel,
as all parts are blasted by hand.
Fastening options
Visible: rivet
··
Invisible: undercut anchor and fastening (in L- and U-moulded
elements)
Tolerances in moulded elements
Each moulded element is subjected to a dimensional inspection
and checked for length, width, angle and thickness.
All results are recorded in internal reports. The values are
measured with residual moisture of 6 - 10 %.
