the lions’ punter after a successful 2011 training camp and preseason.<br />
Played 8 games as a rookie before missing the second half of the season<br />
due to injury.<br />
2011: Debuted as the lions’ punter in the teams’ season opener 27-20 win<br />
at Tampa Bay (9/11). He became the first rookie punter to punt for the lions<br />
since 1987 and he is the first rookie punter to open the season for the lions<br />
since Mike Black in 1983.<br />

of 48.2 against the Bucs (9/11). included in his totals were 3 punts<br />
