Check Q202, Q203, D203, P-ON-H1 line and their
periphery circuit, and service it if defective.

collector of Q201?
Is approximately +13V voltage supplied to the
base of Q201?
Replace Q201.

P-ON+7V is not output.

Check if there is any leak or short-circuit on
the loaded circuit, and service it if defective.

collector of Q635?
Is approximately +6V voltage supplied to the
base of Q635 and the base of Q636?
Replace Q635 and Q636.
