Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Manager
Assisting the MCC Manager in support and research admin duties to ensure fleet
reliability.
Review the Techlog coupons daily. Aircraft log folders to be updated overnight.
Any missing coupons to be noted on the missing coupon form at the front of each
folder. Missing coupon report to placed on MCC manager’s desk every morning.
Review Techlog B & C ADD item report prior to each aircraft ‘A’, or heavier, check.
Review and raise Work Orders with Engineering Planning as necessary to rectify
repeat defects.
Review Tech Log ADD Items for each A/C daily, taking action to reduce the
number where necessary by:
Preparing rectification plan.
Arranging for parts as required in conjunction with the Supply & Planning.
Arranging for ground time and labour if necessary in conjunction with planning.
Assist the Manager MCC with complex and long term defects if and as required.
Monitor recurring and intermittent defects, being the prime coordinator for the
rectification of same.
Maintain a recurring / outstanding fleet issues database in consultation with
Engineering reliability so that rectification progress and future plans are visible to
the MCC Manager, Flight Operations Management, Engineering, OCC and Line
Station staff etc.
Maintain fleet Status whiteboards in MCC / OCC to reflect fleet current status.
Provision of Technical Data and System Analysis as required.
Generate procedural changes in consultation with manager MCC if and when a
need is identified.
Review daily OTP report to ensure delay coding is accurate. Review must be
carried out in conjunction with delay reports & Technical Log reference.
Research delay reasons for the OTP & reliability group.

External: Boeing and Airbus company, overseas suppliers.
Able to communicate effectively to all related parties verbally or in written

specifications:

Proactive and cooperative attitude
Knowledge, skills
and experience:
Graduate from Aviation College or equivalent. University degree in commensurate
subjects such as Engineering, Aviation, Mechanics discipline are preferred.
Male or female
Working knowledge of computer systems and programs, in particular, Word and
Excel.
Experience in aircraft maintenance is essential.
Communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
