Responsibilities:<br />
<strong>Maintenance</strong> Section, Technical Dept.<br />
Technical center - at Tan Son Nhat airport<br />
<strong>Maintenance</strong> <strong>Control</strong> <strong>Center</strong> (MCC) Manager<br />
Assisting the MCC Manager in support and research admin duties to ensure fleet<br />
reliability.<br />
Review the Techlog coupons daily. Aircraft log folders to be updated overnight.<br />
Any missing coupons to be noted on the missing coupon form at the front of each<br />
folder. Missing coupon report to placed on MCC manager’s desk every morning.<br />
Review Techlog B & C ADD item report prior to each aircraft ‘A’, or heavier, check.<br />
Review and raise Work Orders with Engineering Planning as necessary to rectify<br />
repeat defects.<br />
Review Tech Log ADD Items for each A/C daily, taking action to reduce the<br />
number where necessary by:<br />
Preparing rectification plan.<br />
Arranging for parts as required in conjunction with the Supply & Planning.<br />
Arranging for ground time and labour if necessary in conjunction with planning.<br />
Assist the Manager MCC with complex and long term defects if and as required.<br />
Monitor recurring and intermittent defects, being the prime coordinator for the<br />
rectification of same.<br />
Maintain a recurring / outstanding fleet issues database in consultation with<br />
Engineering reliability so that rectification progress and future plans are visible to<br />
the MCC Manager, Flight Operations Management, Engineering, OCC and Line<br />
Station staff etc.<br />
Maintain fleet Status whiteboards in MCC / OCC to reflect fleet current status.<br />
Provision of Technical Data and System Analysis as required.<br />
Generate procedural changes in consultation with manager MCC if and when a<br />
need is identified.<br />
Review daily OTP report to ensure delay coding is accurate. Review must be<br />
carried out in conjunction with delay reports & Technical Log reference.<br />
Research delay reasons for the OTP & reliability group.<br />

Internal: Engineer, Supply, TQA, Flight Ops, Cabin crew, OTP<br />
External: Boeing and Airbus company, overseas suppliers.<br />
Able to communicate effectively to all related parties verbally or in written
specifications:<br />
Able to work under high pressure<br />
Self-disciplined – able to work effectively independently<br />
Proactive and cooperative attitude<br />
Knowledge, skills<br />
and experience:<br />
Graduate from Aviation College or equivalent. University degree in commensurate<br />
subjects such as Engineering, Aviation, Mechanics discipline are preferred.<br />
Male or female<br />
Working knowledge of computer systems and programs, in particular, Word and<br />
Excel.<br />
Experience in aircraft maintenance is essential.<br />
Communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.<br />
