d. Surface orientation and training at Norfolk, VA, or San<br />
Diego, CA, as arranged by COMNAVSURFLANT and Commander, Naval<br />
Surface Force, Pacific (COMNAVSURFPAC).<br />
e. Officer ship training at Annapolis, MD, as arranged by<br />
USNA.<br />
3. Transportation. USNA officer in charge (OIC) of PROTRAMID<br />
East or West will arrange transportation between training sites,<br />
as required.<br />
4. Military Liaison Officers (MLO). USNA will provide MLOs at<br />
training locations.<br />
