PHILADELPHIA FLYERS MEDIA INFORMATION & WELLS FARGO CENTER INFORMATION EXECUTIVE OFFICES: Broad Street entrance, West side (215) 465-4500. WELLS FARGO CENTER BOX OFFICE: Broad Street South side, Box Office is open: Weekdays 9 am to 6 pm Saturdays 10 am to 4:30 pm Sundays & Holidays Event days only Tickets for all Wells Fargo Complex events can be purchased at the Wells Fargo Center Box Office and select ACME locations. TICKETS FOR UPCOMING EVENTS: Main Concourse Level, opposite Section 104. WILL CALL: Wells Fargo Center Box Office, Designated Windows. GUEST SERVICES CENTERS: Main Concourse Level in the Broad Street Atrium. Mezzanine Concourse Level, Broad Street South side. SECURITY OFFICE: Main Concourse Level, Broad Street West side. FIRST AID ROOM: Main Concourse Level, 11th Street North side. PUBLIC TELEPHONES: Main Concourse and Mezzanine Levels, various locations. SMOKING POLICY: Wells Fargo Center is a smoke-free facility. TELEPHONE SERVICE: Requests for telephone lines in press box or other areas should be directed to Shirley Posey in the Wells Fargo Center Operations Department at (215) 389-9475. FLYERS MEDIA WEBSITE: The Flyers PR department maintains a password-protected media information page. Updated on a daily basis, this page contains archived press releases, postgame notes & quotes, practice schedules, teleconference transripts, and much more. For login information, please contact a member of the Flyers PR department. CREDENTIALS: Credentials are required for access into the building. Season passes are issued to those media members who regularly cover the Flyers. Individual game passes may be applied for by contacting the Flyers Public Relations Department via email at flyerscredentials@comcast-spectacor.com at least 24 hours prior to a game. Press box space is limited. For this reason, the Flyers ask that any media member holding a season pass and not covering a game to notify the Flyers Public Relations Office by NOON on the day of the game at (215) 389-9554, especially during the latter part of the regular season and the playoffs. BLOGGERS & WEBSITE MEDIA (unaffiliated with a traditional media outlet): The Flyers have in the past granted game-by-game credentials to selected blogs and websites. Due to space constraints in the Flyers locker room and in the press box, the Flyers are no longer granting credentials to blogs other than the ones that have regularly attended in the past. Bloggers are welcome to contact the Flyers PR department at (215) 389-9554 to be added to the team’s postgame distribution lists, which include postgame quotes and statistical information. PHOTOGRAPHERS: Photographers from accredited magazines, newspapers and wire services may shoot from designated areas. Positions are assigned on a period-by-period basis by Gene Prince, Press Box Steward. Those photographers who need access to strobes must contact the Flyers Public Relations Department at least 24 hours prior to a game at (215) 389-9554. 332 PRESS PARKING: Media members attending a Flyers game at the Wells Fargo Center should park in F-lot, located north of the Wells Fargo Center along 11th Street. Access to this lot is by permit only. Media members who cover the Flyers on a regular basis will receive parking passes. Parking space is limited and is on a first come, first-served basis. PRESS ENTRANCE: Media members attending Flyers games at the Wells Fargo Center should enter the building on the North side of the Building through the press entrance, which is located on the Main Concourse level and is marked as Stairwell 18. All media members are asked to have their passes ready to present to security at the entrance. PRESS LOUNGE: The press lounge is located in the Northeast corner of the Event Floor Level (Level One). Game notes, press kits and food are available to the media in the press lounge during the course of an event. Storage and working space is also made available for media members’ use in the press lounge. Meals are served two hours before face-off time. Refreshments are available during the game. LOCKER ROOMS: The locker rooms are located on the West side (Broad Street) of the Event Level. Unless otherwise indicated, locker rooms are open to the media after the game only. All media members are asked to have their passes ready to present to security at the entrance. No autographs are permitted in the locker room area. PRESS BOX: The press box, located on the East side (11th Street) of the Balcony Level (Level Seven), is accessible from both the press lounge and from the concourse via a press elevator, located in the Northeast corner of the building. The following services are provided to all media members in the press box: 1. Pre-game and post-game information, statistics and summaries 2. Updates during the game regarding statistics & officiating decisions and other items of interest. 3. Closed circuit television monitors of game action 4. Work area TELEVISION TRUCKS: Television stations/networks covering events at the Wells Fargo Center should contact Chris Corey (215-952-5364; ccorey@comcast-spectacor.com) of the Electronic Media Department with technical requirements and Casey Heverling (215-389-9490; cheverling@comcast-spectacor. com) in the Operations Department regarding parking and security. Television trucks will be able to park and connect to the Wells Fargo Center on the north side of the Event Level.
