2012-13 philadelphia flyers CINDY STUTMAN Vice President of Customer Solutions Cindy Stutman is in her 10th season with the Flyers. She was promoted to the position of Vice President of Customer Solutions in November of 2007. In her role, she is responsible for the creation and execution of added-value benefits and programs for season ticket holders, as well as overseeing the activities and development of the customer service department and ticket office. Stutman joined the Flyers in 2003 as a customer service manager. Prior to joining the Flyers, she was a customer service manager with the Philadelphia 76ers for five seasons. Stutman graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Sport Management. She is single and resides in Philadelphia. Jim Willits Vice President of Sales Jim Willits joined the Flyers in June 2005. He is responsible for revenue generation through the marketing and sales of individual, season and group tickets to all Flyers games. He was promoted to the position of Vice President in June 2007 after two seasons as the senior director of sales. He also was previously in charge of ticket sales for the Philadelphia Phantoms from 2005 to 2009. The Flyers have seen unprecedented success in attendance since Willits joined the Flyers, establishing new regular season attendance records several times over. The Flyers finished the 2011-12 season with an 83-game sellout streak that dated back to November 2010. During the 2010 Stanley Cup Final, the Fyers broke their single-game record three times, peaking at a crowd of 20,327 at Game 6 on June 4, 2010. The club also ranked first in the NHL among U.S.-based teams in paid tickets for the 2009-10 season. Before joining the Flyers, Willits worked for the Cleveland Indians from 2002-2004 and was director of ticket sales for the club, where his duties included overseeing ticket sales, premium seating and customer service departments. Willits was also instrumental in the developing and implementing a dedicated Customer Service Department for Season Ticket Holders. Willits worked for the Phoenix Coyotes from 1996 through 2002, rising from an account executive to the position of director of ticket sales. His duties included overseeing ticket sales and customer service, and he was instrumental in maximizing revenue and customer service in a non-traditional hockey market. Willits developed and created cutting-edge marketing and ticketing campaigns for the Coyotes. In the Coyotes’ first four seasons, the club played to 94-percent capacity, including 69 sellouts. A native of Bronson, Iowa, Willits earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and a minor in Business from Northwest Missouri State University. Jim and his wife, Meredyth, have four children – daughters Skylar and Emersyn and sons Cody and Brock – and reside in Haddonfield, New Jersey. 30 PhiladelphiaFlyers.com
2012-13 philadelphia flyers ANGELO CARDONE Chief Financial Officer Angelo Cardone joined the Flyers as Chief Financial Officer in January of 2009. He is responsible for financial operations of the team, including financial reporting and oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable and all payroll functions. Prior to joining the Flyers, he was with Live Nation for nine years, most recently as vice president of finance for Live Nation Philadelphia / DC / Carolinas. He is a graduate of Widener University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in accounting. Angelo and his wife, Valerie, and daughters, Alexa and Rachael, reside in Voorhees, NJ. ZACK HILL Sr. Director of Communications Zack Hill has been with the Flyers organization since 1993, serving as the team’s media relations manager, public relations director and now senior director of communications. He oversees all aspects of the team’s public relations and media relations efforts. Under Hill’s direction, the Flyers PR staff won the 2011-12 Dick Dillman Award for the Eastern Conference, given annually by the Professional Hockey Writer’s Association to the top PR staff in each NHL conference. It marked the fifth consecutive season that Hill and his staff were finalists for the award. Prior to joining the Flyers, Hill was the public relations director for the Philadelphia 76ers from 1989-93 and assistant public relations director from 1987-89. He joined the 76ers as an intern in January 1987. Hill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University. He is single and resides in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania. LINDSEY MASCIANGELO Vice President of Marketing Lindsey Masciangleo is in her seventh season with the Flyers. She was promoted to the position of Vice President of Marketing in July of 2011. Masciangelo oversees all aspects of the Flyers’ marketing activities, including planning, new media initiatives, publicity and community events, game presentation promotions, and sponsorship activation, with an overall focus on generating revenue for the Flyers. Masicangleo joined Comcast-Spectacor’s marketing department in 2005, where she helped market and promote family shows at the Wells Fargo Center and the Spectrum, and then joined the Flyers as a marketing manager in 2006. She was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2007 and tasked with developing a marketing department to further support the Flyers’ initiatives and business goals. Masciangelo graduated from Boston University with a degree in Communications and is currently working towards her Masters degree at Saint Joseph’s University in organizational dynamics and leadership.
