Chief Financial Officer<br />

Russ Chandler was named Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief<br />

Financial Officer for Comcast-Spectacor on August 23, 2010. Prior to joining<br />

Comcast-Spectacor, he spent 18 years with Comcast Corporation.<br />

Chandler is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day financial aspects<br />

of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and<br />

treasury functions. In addition, he serves on Comcast-Spectacor’s Office<br />

of the Chair, the company’s executive management group.<br />

At Comcast, Chandler was heavily involved in the launches of several new<br />

networks for Comcast, including PBS Kids Sprout, TV One, and Comcast<br />

SportsNet Chicago. He also handled sports television rights negotiations<br />

for Comcast with the San Francisco Giants, the Oakland A’s, the Portland<br />

Trailblazers, the San Jose Sharks, and the Washington Capitals.<br />

Prior to joining Comcast, Chandler was a staff accountant for Deloitte & Touche from 1988 through 1990.<br />

Chandler received a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management<br />

in 1988 and his M.B.A., with honors, from Notre Dame in 1991. He is the father of two young children, son, RJ,<br />

and daughter, Elise, and he resides in Mantua, NJ.<br />

Phil Weinberg<br />

Executive Vice President<br />

General Counsel<br />

Phil Weinberg has been Executive Vice President/General Counsel at<br />

Comcast-Spectacor since the partnership was created in 1996. Previously,<br />

Weinberg was Spectacor’s Vice President/General Counsel since<br />

December of 1990.<br />

Weinberg is responsible for oversight of all the company’s legal affairs,<br />

including litigation, financing activities, and player related matters. He is<br />

an alternate governor to the National Hockey League. He participated in<br />

structuring the construction and permanent financing for the Wells Fargo<br />

Center (1994) and in the merger between Comcast and Spectacor (1996).<br />

Weinberg received a BA in Political Science from Hamilton College in<br />

Clifton, New York, in 1977 and his law degree from Boston University<br />

in 1983. Between 1977 and 1980, he served as an assistant to the<br />

Commissioner of the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. Prior to joining Spectacor, he<br />

was in the private practice of law for seven years, primarily with the litigation firm of Sprague and Sprague.<br />

He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation, the Comcast-Spectacor<br />

Foundation, White Williams Scholars and Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern Pennsylvania.<br />

Weinberg resides in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Terry; daughter, Sydney; and son, Zachary.<br />
