The "Technical Bid" will be opened on the same day at 1530 hrs in the presence of bidder(s) who wish to attend or authorized representative of the bidder(s). If the office happens to be dosed on the last date of receipt of the bids as specified, the bids will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
