Clarific<strong>at</strong>ion of Biddirg Documents .<br />
A prospective bidder requiring any clarific<strong>at</strong>ion of the bidding documents may<br />
notify ine employer in writing oi ty cable (hereinafter "cablen includes telex<br />
and iacsimile) <strong>at</strong> lfr" g.,,ptoy=f" rddt =. indic'<strong>at</strong>ed in th€ invit<strong>at</strong>ion to bid. The<br />
Employer wili respond to any request for clarific<strong>at</strong>ion which he received earlier<br />
ttut iS days prior to the dea-diine for submission of bids. Copies of the<br />
Employer,s response will be forwarded to all purchasers of ttre bidding<br />
doclments, inciuding a description of the enquiry but without identifying its<br />
source.<br />
Pre_bid _sgring<br />
The bidder or his official represent<strong>at</strong>ive is invited to <strong>at</strong>tend a pre-bid megting<br />
which will take place <strong>at</strong> the address, venue, time and d<strong>at</strong>e as indic<strong>at</strong>ed in<br />
appendix.<br />
The purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and to answer questions on<br />
any m<strong>at</strong>ter th<strong>at</strong> may be raised <strong>at</strong> th<strong>at</strong> stage'<br />
The bidder is requested to submit any questions in writing or by cable to reach<br />

Minutes of the meeting, including the text of the questions raised (without<br />
identifying the source Ji mquiry)<br />

Amendment<br />
of Bidding Documents<br />
Before the deadline for submission of bids, the Employer may modify the<br />
bidding documents by issuing addenda'<br />

Any addendum thus issued shall be part of the bidding documents and shall<br />
