Key Features of NVEQF 4 National Occupation Standards: NOS for each job role within the identified skill sectors to be laid down by the Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) . SSCs to be set up by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) with representatives from industry and employers. Competency Standards to be developed for lower, intermediate and higher levels of skill, keeping in view the occupational structure and classification.
