Key Features of NVEQF<br />

National Occupation Standards: NOS for each job<br />
role within the identified skill sectors to be laid down<br />
by the Sector Skill Councils (SSCs) . SSCs to be set up<br />
by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)<br />
with representatives from industry and employers.<br />
Competency Standards to be developed for lower,<br />
intermediate and higher levels of skill, keeping in view<br />
the occupational structure and classification.
