“Training for Life….”
The First Aid and CPR training days are facilitated by lead instructors. All lead instructors have completed internationally recognised courses in
advanced life support (ACLS or PHTC) and first aid. Assistant instructors are qualified nurses with demonstrated excellence in CPR and
experience with First Aid.
Attendees will receive a certificate of completion, which will be issued by the course instructor on behalf of JPMC.
The focus of the courses will be on the practical application of First Aid and CPR skills. Manikins’ and other props such as bandages will be
available for practical demonstration and participant practice. The course content has been developed from the guidelines of international
Cardiovascular training provider: American Heart Association; and the leading provider for first aid and health and safety training in the UK/
Australia and New Zealand: St John’s Ambulance.

Reservations will be regarded as provisional until such time as a signed copy of this agreement and deposit for the required
service(s) has been received by JPMC. JPMC reserves the right to release a provisional booking in the absence of acceptance of these
conditions.

2 . P a y m e n t S c h e d u l e
Any reservation for the provision of the training requires a deposit in order to secure confirmation. The schedule of payments is
shown below. Failure by the client to follow the schedule will result in the booking being released.
‣ 50% payment of the training fee upon confirmation.
‣ The remaining of the balance to be paid 14 days prior to training date.

3 . C a n c e l l a t i o n C h a r g e s
Should unforeseen circumstances result in the cancellation of a reservation, the following charges shall apply.
‣ 50% of the deposit placed amount will apply if cancellation is less than 1 month notice.
‣ 100% of the deposit placed amount will apply if cancellation is less than 14 days notice.

A penalty charge of $150.00 will apply each time the Company decides to change their confirmed training date if not informed
within 14 days prior to the training date.
