General Manager’s REport<br />
A big thank you to all the staff and members that helped out with the storm clean up. All your efforts are<br />
greatly appreciated and made our clean up efforts go smoothly and efficiently.<br />
On October 10th we will have the Inaugural Tree Time at <strong>The</strong> <strong>Pines</strong> <strong>Country</strong> Club. Many of you know<br />
that we have lost over 140 trees due to the strong storms and diseases that have affected all the courses<br />
in the state. We are working on a tree replacement program and we want to raise money to offset the cost<br />
to desperately replace the trees. Details coming soon. Sign up is one month in advance by calling the pro<br />
<strong>shop</strong> at 359-4311. Cost is $35.00 per person. Your fee will include golf, prizes and dinner. If you are unable<br />
to play and would like to donate, please call me at 359-4296.<br />
As the season starts to come to an end you will see that opening and closing times will be changing. We are also<br />
starting to lose some of our summer staff who are going back to school. We will do our best to have beverage carts<br />
on the weekends and holidays. Coolers are available at the snack bar if<br />
you need extra beverages on days we don’t have beverage cart<br />
service.<br />
Please remember to wear proper golf attire at the club.<br />
