Programs offered through Continuing Education range from full semester courses to one- or two-month mini-courses or workshops lasting from one day to a week or more. Continuing education courses may be offered throughout the southeast Arkansas area based on demand. Some continuing education courses are designed and taught specifically for business and industry to assist with the training of their employees; as a result, some classes have prerequisites. Courses leading to licensure require that an individual be at least 18 years of age to take credentialing examinations. Fees for continuing education courses vary according to the specific curriculum as well as the cost of books and supplies. Classes in continuing education are offered through each campus.
