analysis would also need to be d<strong>on</strong>e <strong>on</strong> the Network to ensure that the categories of<br />
<strong>community</strong>-level work that Success Measures uses reflect the <strong>community</strong>-level work of the<br />
CSBG Network. The Network lacks nati<strong>on</strong>al data to show whether developing <strong>community</strong><br />
leaders is an area that the Network is focused <strong>on</strong>, but anecdotally our evidence suggests that it<br />
would be an appropriate fit.<br />
