textiles in good condition to your local
charity shop. Consider buying or selling
second-hand.
Recycling Centres and Points. Clothes
carpet tiles, industrial cleaning cloths and
other products.
When buying new clothes, consider
purchasing organic cotton clothing.
The organic farming process is kinder to
the environment and human health than
conventionally farmed cotton, which relies
heavily on pesticides.
central composting facility near
Forfar, where it is shredded and
composted in large windrows
(long rows of compost).
The end product is used to cover
completed sections of the landfill
