Animafest u suradnji s Animatekom iz Ljubljane od<br />
2008. godine oblikuje programe za djecu. Slovenski<br />
festival posvećuje posebnu pozornost najmlađima i<br />
tijekom sedam godina sustavno su razvili raznovrsne<br />
obrazovno-odgojne metode kroz animirani film.<br />
Obrazovni animirani program Slon osmišljen<br />
je u sklopu Međunarodnog festivala animiranog filma<br />
Animateka, no živi i postoji zbog jedne jedine svrhe:<br />
djece. Velik izbor izvrsnih originalnih animiranih filmova,<br />
pažljivo razvrstanih prema dobnim skupinama, svake<br />
je godine dostupan djeci i mladima. Mladi gledatelji<br />
pozivaju se da izraze mišljenje o filmovima, sadržaju te<br />
estetskom i umjetničkom značaju dok gledaju filmove<br />
na velikom ekranu i sudjeluju u raspravama između<br />
projekcija. Brinemo se i o odraslima u dječjoj pratnji<br />
pripremajući čitav niz pedagoških materijala koji im<br />
pomažu da rade s djecom. Slon također živi i između<br />
festivalskih izdanja jer se organiziraju radionice animiranog<br />
filma za djecu, sudjeluje se na brojnim festivalima te<br />
predstavlja program u Sloveniji i inozemstvu. U suradnji<br />
s jednim od najčitanijih slovenskih časopisa za djecu<br />
izdan je DVD s najboljim filmovima s prošlogodišnjeg<br />
festivala, a organizatori sudjeluju kao savjetodavno tijelo<br />
u raspravama o filmu te se na taj način potiče djecu i<br />
odrasle da zajednički uživaju u animiranim filmovima.<br />
Na ovogodišnjem Animafestu predstavlja se najbolje od<br />
najboljeg. Naša djeca i odrasli uživali su u ovim filmovima—nadamo<br />
se da ćete i vi.<br />

Since 2008 in collaboration with Animateka from<br />
Ljubljana, Animafest is presenting specially designed<br />
programs for children. The Slovenian festival pays great<br />
attention to the youngest audience and during a seven<br />
years period they have sistematically develop a variety<br />
of educational methods through animated film.<br />
The Educational Animated Film Programme<br />
Elephant has been created as part of the International<br />
Festival of Animated Film Animateka, but it lives and<br />
breathes for one purpose: the children. A wide selection<br />
of outstanding original animated films, which are carefully<br />
sorted into appropriate age categories, is available to<br />
children and youth each year. Young visitors are invited to<br />
express their thoughts on films, their content, and their<br />
aesthetic and artistic significance when they view the<br />
films on a big screen and participate in debates which<br />
are prepared between separate films. We also take care<br />
of the adults who accompany the children: we prepare an<br />
assortment of pedagogical materials which help them<br />
work with children. The Elephant has a life of its own<br />
even between the two festivals: we organize workshops<br />
of animated film for children, we participate at various<br />
festivals, and present our programme in Slovenia and<br />
abroad. In participation with the most widely read children’s<br />
magazine in Slovenia we publish a DVD with the<br />
best films from the last year’s festival, we add a word<br />
of advice for debates to the films, and thus encourage<br />
children and adults to watch and enjoy animated films<br />
together. At this year’s Animafest, we present the créme<br />
de la créme of our films. Our children and adults enjoyed<br />
watching them—we hope you will, too.<br />
