David je utjelovljenje svega što je maleno. Divovima<br />
koji nastanjuju svijet on je nevidljiv. Usprkos tome, on<br />
želi da veliki svijet primijeti njegovu prisutnost. Opasna<br />
je to igra u kojoj isprva ima uspjeha. No ubrzo postaje<br />
nesmotren i stvara sebi probleme naglim ponašanjem.<br />

is small. To the giants who populate his world he is invisible.<br />
Nevertheless, he wishes to make his presence felt<br />
in the big world. This is a dangerous game, but at first<br />
he is successful. Then, however, he becomes reckless<br />
and creates problems for himself by his rash behaviour.<br />

Netko tko se spremao pojesti jaje za doručak odjednom<br />
pronalazi živo biće u krhkoj ljusci. Počinje ga ispitivati,<br />
nježno po njemu lupkati, no onda se ushiti, izgubi kontrolu<br />
i razbije jaje i sve što je u njemu. Uto se začuje<br />
kucanje na vratima, isprva nježno, a zatim sve glasnije...<br />

/ Somebody preparing to eat an egg for breakfast<br />
detects life within the delicate eggshell. He starts<br />
teasing it, tapping it gently, but then he gets excited,<br />
losing control of himself and crushing the egg and everything<br />
in it. Then, there’s a knock at his door, gentle at<br />
first, then louder...<br />
