‣ Developed Overload Tracking system to track overload payments and limits for faculty and staff.<br />

‣ Developed data warehouse transfer credit tables to supply additional data for student records reporting.<br />

‣ Developed integration to Data180 for STEM college for assessment, accreditation and accomplishments.<br />

‣ Developed integration for the campus card Blackboard system upgrade.<br />

‣ Developed integration for MapWorks to be used to support new freshmen student retention.<br />

‣ Developed transfer credit enhancement within Access<strong>Stout</strong>.<br />

‣ Developed custom page in Access<strong>Stout</strong> with ImageNow integration and HR forms.<br />

‣ Support over 400 campus staff using Interactive Reporting (Hyperion) for gathering data from campus data warehouse and other<br />

UW-System repositories.<br />

‣ Support over 100 campus staff technical needs using PaperThin’s CommonSpot content management system.<br />

e-<strong>Stout</strong> Program<br />

‣ Conducted or facilitated over 1,300 laptop deployments.<br />

‣ Coordinated and assisted with activities supporting the e-<strong>Stout</strong> program including Study Abroad procedure and policies, student<br />

communication, parent communication, campus communication, Laptop Transfer program, Teaching and Learning Center activities.<br />

‣ Provided loaner laptop computers to STEPS, Pre-College, freshmen orientation and other summer programs in support <strong>of</strong><br />

recruitment and diversity priorities.<br />

‣ Conducted over 840 loans <strong>of</strong> laptops to students to facilitate repairs.<br />

‣ Facilitated the transfer <strong>of</strong> ownership <strong>of</strong> over 1,200 laptops to eligible graduates via the Laptop Transfer Program.<br />

Learning Technology Services<br />

‣ Over 4,300 credit sections <strong>of</strong> courses and over 400 non-credit courses and workshops utilizing Learn@UW-<strong>Stout</strong>.<br />

‣ Produced several instructional videos supporting curriculum, grants and projects involving over 150 students and over 40<br />

faculty/staff.<br />

‣ Implemented the College Consultant program to meet college specific needs related to instructional technology, classroom support<br />

and provide just-in-time consultation and pr<strong>of</strong>essional development.<br />

‣ Provided over 17 instructional technology pr<strong>of</strong>essional development workshops serving over 250 instructors in addition to the<br />

College Consultant Program.<br />

‣ Printed over 320 research and informational posters for instructors, students and departments.<br />

‣ Supported e-Text Pilot initiative.<br />
