‣ 58% of all employees were women and 8% were minorities. 42% of the faculty were women and 16% were minorities. 52% of the
executive/director/administrators were women and 6% were minorities. 54% of the instructional academic staff were women and 6% were
minorities. 62% of the professional (non-instructional) academic staff were women and 8% were minorities. 66% of the classified staff were
women and 5% were minorities.
‣ Of the 276 faculty, 78 (28%) were professors, 85 (31%) were associate professors, and 113 (41%) were assistant professors.
‣ In the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, 48% of the instructional faculty/staff were women and 11% were minorities; 42% of the
faculty were women and 13% were minorities; and 56% of the instructional academic staff were women and 9% were minorities.
‣ In the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences, 72% of the instructional faculty/staff were women and 8% were minorities; 68% of
the faculty were women and 10% were minorities; and 77% of the instructional academic staff were women and 4% were minorities.
‣ In the College of Management, 29% of the instructional faculty/staff were women and 8% were minorities; 23% of the faculty were women and
13% were minorities; and 37% of the instructional academic staff were women and 3% were minorities.
‣ In the College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, 30% of the instructional faculty/staff were women and 14% were
minorities; 31% of the faculty were women and 21% were minorities; and 27% of the instructional academic staff were women and 2% were
minorities.
‣ Of the 473 classified staff, most of the employees were in the following job categories: senior clerical (30%), general laborers & food service
(18%), administrative & management profs. (10%), and general clerical (9%).
‣ 52% of all instructional faculty/staff have a doctorate. More specifically, 75% of faculty and 19% of instructional academic staff have a
doctorate.
