Student Life Services (SLS) at UW-<strong>Stout</strong> houses a wide diversity <strong>of</strong> departments including: SLS Administration, Campus Card and<br />
Technology Services, Sports Complex, <strong>University</strong> Centers (includes student activities and leadership programs), <strong>University</strong> Dining<br />
Service, <strong>University</strong> Housing, and <strong>University</strong> Recreation.<br />
SLS operates 11 buildings valued at over $100 million and with a gross area <strong>of</strong> 813,493 square feet. Primarily these departments are selfsupporting,<br />
meaning not from taxpayer funds. SLS makes extensive use <strong>of</strong> student employees providing nearly 850 students with jobs<br />
that help pay their bills and at the same time affords valuable hands-on pr<strong>of</strong>essional experience.<br />

Campus Card & Technology Services<br />
‣ The <strong>Stout</strong> OneCard is the <strong>of</strong>ficial university card that serves as a one-card solution for identification, e-commerce, security and<br />
access functions.<br />
‣ We issue approximately 2,400 <strong>Stout</strong> OneCards to students, faculty and staff annually.<br />
‣ Students deposit over $2.7 million into their on-campus debit accounts annually.<br />
‣ Technology Services supports the IT initiatives <strong>of</strong> Student Life Services departments including Campus Card, Sports Complex,<br />
<strong>University</strong> Centers, <strong>University</strong> Dining Service, <strong>University</strong> Housing and <strong>University</strong> Recreation.<br />
Sports Complex<br />
‣ The Sports Complex features a 49,000 square foot multi-purpose gym that has four full size basketball courts, 200-meter track, six<br />
tennis courts, six volleyball courts, an indoor swimming pool, lighted soccer field, six lighted tennis courts, two hardwood<br />
gymnasium floors, lighted multipurpose fields, baseball field, lighted s<strong>of</strong>tball field, 400 meter track and field.<br />
‣ Don and Nona Williams Stadium features a synthetic turf field with seating capacity <strong>of</strong> 4,500 spectators and VIP seating for 480,<br />
heated press box and full concessions.<br />
‣ Engagers book approximately 7,000 reservations in the Sports Complex annually and over 400 reservations in Williams Stadium.<br />
